After taking Culinary Mechanics (24-358) at CMU, I chose a recipe with my desired emulsifier (found one from Salt & Straw) and adjusted the fat and sugar to my desired consistency and taste.
The result is a quick and easy ice cream to make that tastes better than storebought ice cream and most ice cream shops/stands.

11g Fast Rising Instant Yeast
8g Sugar
8g Salt
14g Vegetable Shortening
510 g Bread Flour
Bake at 380 F for 30 mins
